You'll lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for high-value strategic opportunities, orchestrating complex proposals for AI transformation projects across public and private sectors. Your core impact will be driving revenue growth by converting technical brilliance into persuasive, customer-centric bids. You'll also mentor junior team members and refine bid operations to scale Faculty's global impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle for high-value opportunities
• Drive Bid/No Bid evaluations and define resource requirements
• Craft compelling proposals from technical and commercial inputs
• Collaborate with senior experts and C-suite on bid strategy
• Optimize bid operations and implement best practices

📋 Requirements

• Advanced experience managing large-scale complex bids in private/public sectors
• Exceptional communication skills translating AI concepts into persuasive narratives
• Proven track record of winning high-value opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen to identify market opportunities
