You'll design and lead learning initiatives for a fast-growing tech company, owning the LMS (Docebo) and integrating AI tools. Your work will directly improve employee skill development and support career progression across the organization. This role offers the chance to shape L&D strategy from scratch in a hybrid, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and administer LMS (Docebo) and maintain training assets.
• Build e-learning resources with Articulate and integrate AI tools.
• Analyze L&D data to identify trends and improve learning outcomes.
• Partner with managers to identify competency gaps and support upskilling.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of L&D experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing an LMS (launching one from scratch is a plus).
• Expert-level command of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate).
• Fluent in English and data-driven with strong attention to detail.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with external training providers and vendor management.
• Background in Educational Science, HRM, or Psychology.
• Familiarity with AI tools for learning and development.
