💼 About This Role

You'll own and improve EHS standards across a multi-state data center construction portfolio, leading environmental compliance and permitting. Your work will directly shape safety culture at scale for an AI infrastructure company. You'll serve as the primary interface with general contractors and regulatory agencies, integrating AI tools into daily EHS workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and update EHS standards and program documentation across all active sites.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and EHS performance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action follow-through.
• Review and approve GC site-specific safety plans and pre-mobilization documents.
• Lead environmental permitting process from strategy through compliance tracking.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, or similar.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS experience with environmental compliance focus.
• Deep knowledge of EPA regulations and multi-state environmental permitting.
• Experience managing compliance across multiple regulatory jurisdictions.

• Experience with data center construction or operations.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, and NESC standards.
• Strong working knowledge of environmental consulting practices.
