🎯 What You'll Do
- Oversee a pool of customers in Zendesk and drive value realization.
- Adopt a data-driven approach to grow and nurture the digital touch segment.
- Monitor account health, churn, expansion, and risk indicators.
- Engage customers through webinars, office hours, and e-guides.
- Collaborate with the digital program manager to improve automations.
📋 Requirements
- First experience in Sales or Customer Success management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Ability to work from the New York office in a hybrid environment.
- Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience.
✨ Nice to Have
- Spanish and/or German language skills.
- Previous experience in a similar environment.
