Description

You will be the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, helping with a wide variety of requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. You'll work with a global 24x7 team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or technical support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience
  • Flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email maintaining high-quality support
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hospitality customer issues
  • Document and track interactions using customer support platforms
  • Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues to QA team
  • Advocate for product and service improvements
