Description
You will be the first point of contact for Lightspeed's hospitality customers, helping with a wide variety of requests from general education to hardware/software investigation. You'll work with a global 24x7 team to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues via phone, chat, and email.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Basic experience with iOS, Android, OSX, Windows
- Strong attention to detail and focus on customer experience
- Flexibility to work in a 24x7 shift schedule including weekends
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email maintaining high-quality support
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve hospitality customer issues
- Document and track interactions using customer support platforms
- Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues to QA team
- Advocate for product and service improvements
