Description

You will design, lead, and execute Realtor.com's enterprise approach to embedding AI into product, sales, marketing, and operational workflows. You'll identify high-value automation opportunities, build and scale AI-powered workflow automation, and drive organization-wide adoption and governance.

Requirements

• 12+ years in business operations, product strategy, or technology enablement; 3+ years leadership
• Experience implementing AI or automation in large-scale operational environments
• Experience with Claude or similar technologies
• Strong technical fluency; comfortable working directly with engineers and hands-on with tools
• Proven track record shipping AI/automation projects from concept to production at scale

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with the broader AI Strategy Execution plan
• Drive measurable productivity improvements by translating AI strategy into implemented initiatives
• Own the full project pipeline: identify, scope, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities
• Partner with leaders across Operations, Product, Analytics, Strategy, Finance, and Engineering
• Build reusable prompt libraries, playbooks, and lightweight automations by role and function
