You'll act as the quality lead within a small, senior AI development pod, designing test strategies for AI-enabled software. Your core impact is building confidence in fast-moving solutions through automated testing and observability. You'll help define reliability standards for an AI-first development model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design test strategies for AI-enabled software and agentic workflows.
• Partner with engineers to identify failure modes across code, prompts, and models.
• Build confidence through automated testing, observability, and operational safeguards.
• Support launch readiness, production issue response, and root cause analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or related role.
• Experience building or operating reliable production software systems.
• Technical fluency in modern software architectures and CI/CD.
• Experience with frontier AI tooling and LLM-enabled applications.
