Description

You will lead the technical win for new and expansion opportunities by running discovery, designing solutions, and delivering demos that connect customer problems to measurable outcomes. You'll serve as the primary technical resource for enterprise accounts, collaborating with Account Executives, Strategic Account Managers, and Professional Services to drive adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in pre-sales technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting) supporting enterprise SaaS
  • Track record of leading complex multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through close at six- and seven-figure ACV
  • Ability to build, improve, and showcase developer workflows incorporating AI tooling
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and integrations with developer tools (Slack, Teams, GitHub, Jira, ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical win for new and expansion opportunities: run discovery, design solutions, deliver demos
  • Design and present solutions across product portfolio including authentication architectures and AI/knowledge workflows
  • Serve as technical advisor to AEs and SAMs throughout deal cycles
  • Partner with Professional Services on scoping and handoffs
  • Collaborate with CXS post-sale to identify underutilization and support renewal health
