- Handle customer communication via email (15-20 emails/hour)
- Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs
- Meet Customer Care team KPIs and targets
- Build customer loyalty through effective account management
๐ Requirements
- 2-year minimum customer service experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
- Willingness to work overtime during seasonal ramp (30-60 days)
