  • Handle customer communication via email (15-20 emails/hour)
  • Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs
  • Meet Customer Care team KPIs and targets
  • Build customer loyalty through effective account management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-year minimum customer service experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
  • Willingness to work overtime during seasonal ramp (30-60 days)
