💼 About This Role

You'll partner with customers on functional and technical aspects to drive adoption and value from their investment in Starbridge. This high-impact role lets you define processes, drive adoption, and ensure long-term success while working closely with CS, Product, and Sales. You'll report directly to the Chief Product Officer with company-wide visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer onboarding and training to achieve high adoption
  • Gather feedback and advocate for feature improvements with product team
  • Be frontline for customer inquiries and improve processes via automation
  • Define and track customer health metrics, addressing risks proactively

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related B2B SaaS role
  • Proven ability to build processes from scratch in ambiguous environments
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer data for decisions
  • Technical aptitude to understand and explain a data-driven SaaS platform

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in startups or fast-growing companies
  • Knowledge of basic scripting or automation tools
  • Familiarity with customer success platforms
