You will provide evidence-based, personalized care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first platform. Your work will help close the gender health gap by offering compassionate support, ordering labs and prescriptions, and collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient visits for midlife women's health concerns
• Prescribe hormonal therapy, lifestyle interventions, and medications as appropriate
• Order and interpret labs, supplements, and referrals
• Collaborate with clinical team and care coordinators to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in weekly clinical education and quality improvement
