Description

You will be the analytical backbone of the Go-To-Market organization, owning end-to-end reporting across sales, marketing, service, and account management. Your insights will directly enable leaders to optimize pipeline, drive revenue efficiency, and increase customer engagement.

Requirements

  • SQL proficiency for complex queries across GTM data sources
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau preferred) building dashboards
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills including data modeling and scenario analysis
  • Ability to define and standardize GTM metrics (funnel conversion, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV)
  • Familiarity with compensation models and validation of financial data

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM reporting across Sales, Marketing, Channel, Service, and Account Management
  • Ensure data integrity between CRM, marketing automation, and financial systems
  • Administer commission processes for GTM team members
  • Design and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline health, revenue, retention, and expansion
  • Support forecasting, planning, and quarterly business reviews with reliable analysis
