You'll join a global data modeling team transforming business requirements into conceptual and logical data models for healthcare payer data. You'll ensure models support analytical and operational use cases with high performance and data integrity while working alongside senior modelers and client teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform data profiling and analysis using SQL and data integrity principles
• Build conceptual and logical data models aligned with enterprise architecture
• Maintain metadata, business glossary, and entity relationship diagrams
• Partner with client management and product teams to assess data model impact

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in data modeling and cloud-based data engineering
• Expertise in enterprise data modeling tools like Erwin or ER/Studio
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake
• Deep understanding of healthcare data models for payer domains

✨ Nice to Have

• Healthcare reporting experience
• Experience with OBT, data lakehouse, and metadata management frameworks
• Knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and data distribution frameworks
