Description

You will lead Shelf's expansion in Poland as the senior revenue leader, building and scaling the local market for enterprise-grade Agentic AI. Your role combines hands-on sales, operational leadership, and strategic planning while serving as the face of the company to clients and partners. This is an opportunity to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years proven senior management experience
  • Enterprise SaaS or AI-driven sales excellence with complex deal closing
  • Ability to understand agentic AI, LLMs, and RAG frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial, hunter mentality for high-growth environments
  • Fluent English and Polish; work in Warsaw office 4-5 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by selling AI agent solutions to enterprise clients
  • Establish and lead local operations, including building a high-performing team
  • Develop and execute the country strategy aligned with global growth goals
  • Act as primary contact for C-level executives, stakeholders, and partners
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (data privacy, AI act) and adapt brand to local context
