💼 About This Role

You'll prepare and review quarterly and annual tax provisions and returns for multiple clients using ASC 740 standards. Your work will directly support the Tax Director and Partner, with significant visibility. This role offers a chance to work on diverse C-Corp tax issues while building client relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare quarterly and annual income tax provisions under ASC 740.
• Prepare stand-alone and consolidated federal and state C-Corp tax returns.
• Assist with tax planning and special projects.
• Perform tax research on federal, state, and international tax issues.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in corporate or Big-4 public accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and tax preparation software.
• Willingness to travel to local client sites.

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA certification.
• Master's degree in taxation.
• Experience with GoSystems/OneSource or CorpTax.
