💼 About This Role

You'll own the reliability, performance, and scalability of Injective's infrastructure across cloud and bare metal environments, including production Kubernetes clusters and blockchain nodes. Your work will support high-performance blockchain systems and low-latency trading workloads critical to the protocol's success. This role offers the chance to operate at scale in a fast-paced Web3 environment backed by top investors like Binance, Jump Crypto, and Pantera.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage production Kubernetes clusters with Helm and ArgoCD
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Pulumi and Ansible
• Deploy and optimize blockchain nodes and streaming systems (Kafka/Redpanda)
• Improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and Signoz

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Infrastructure/DevOps/Platform Engineering experience
• Deep expertise in production Kubernetes cluster management
• Strong hands-on experience with Helm, ArgoCD, Docker, Pulumi, and Ansible
• Experience with GCP and bare metal infrastructure

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating validators or blockchain networks
• Latency-sensitive environment experience (trading, HFT, market making)
• Database experience with Postgres or MongoDB
