You will fuel Brex's growth by winning net-new revenue from small to mid-sized businesses through high-volume, full-cycle sales. You'll prospect, build partnerships, and close deals by showcasing the value of Brex's all-in-one Financial Operating System.

Requirements

  • 1+ years closing experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally high-volume or new business
  • High-performing SDR/BDR background with strong sourcing track record
  • Strong ability to communicate value and ROI to SMB stakeholders
  • Consistent quota attainment and top-tier performance history
  • Proactive, self-motivated with focus on results and customer impact

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end sales process from outbound prospecting to closing deals
  • Source and qualify leads to maintain a strong pipeline
  • Communicate ROI and business value by aligning Brex's solutions to prospect needs
  • Build trust through insight and service, helping prospects navigate challenges
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting teams
