Description

You will support the full employee lifecycle for MongoDB's Product Technology and Global Security Office business units across the U.S. and Canada, acting as the primary HR contact for escalated employee questions, performance management, and employee relations. You'll partner with HRBPs and other teams to ensure a seamless experience from onboarding to offboarding, and contribute to process improvements and manager enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5–7 years of HR generalist or employee relations experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment law
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers and handle sensitive issues
• Experience supporting product/technology organizations preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR point of contact for assigned business units
• Support onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes
• Respond to and resolve escalated employee questions and concerns
• Partner with HRBPs to coach managers on performance and feedback
• Investigate employee concerns and recommend fair resolutions
