Description

You will join Affirm's Zero To One innovation lab, a small, empowered AI-native team that rapidly prototypes and tests bold ideas. You'll own quarterly goals, shape experiments, and build AI-driven prototypes from concept to real-world testing, directly influencing company strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue
• Experience leveraging AI tools and agentic coding workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team, leading through ambiguity
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics on ideation and technical constraints
• Identify and resolve project, process, technology, or business issues
• Monitor operations and availability, support on-call efforts
• Foster quality and ownership through code review and design standards
