💼 About This Role

You'll own the QA function from day one, building the QA playbook, automation infrastructure, and bug triage process from scratch. You'll partner with PMs and engineers to decide what good looks like. This is a real ownership role where you push back clearly when something isn't ready to ship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with product on every release to own UAT
• Support Solution Engineers in triaging customer bugs
• Write and own test plans for every major feature
• Build and maintain automated test suites across core product surfaces
• Catch bugs before production and triage with engineering

📋 Requirements

• Push back clearly when something isn't ready to ship
• Can build and maintain automation independently
• Product-curious with user experience focus
• Comfortable writing the playbook from scratch
• Fluent in CI/CD basics and how QA fits into fast release pipeline
