🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize data processing workflows for large-scale model training
• Implement pre-training, mid-training, and post-training strategies
• Develop RL algorithms for GenAI applications
• Create multimodal AI systems across text, image, audio, and video

📋 Requirements

• PhD/MSc in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years experience as an AI researcher with applied research or product development
• At least 2 years actively developing GenAI technologies
• Proficiency in Python and version control (e.g., Git)
