💼 About This Role

You'll lead supplier performance and integration for complex programs, ensuring alignment with program requirements and schedules. You'll drive proactive risk management and recovery execution across cross-functional teams. This role acts as the key liaison between the PMO and supply chain in a design-to-order aerospace environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support supplier integration for complex or high-risk suppliers
• Monitor delivery schedules and identify risks and variances
• Drive supplier risk register and ensure mitigation plans
• Conduct supplier readiness assessments at key milestones
• Coordinate supplier execution across multiple programs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4-6 years experience in supply chain or program execution in aerospace
• Experience managing supplier performance and risk management
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering and Operations
