💼 About This Role

You'll lead and transform our billings and collections processes at Ironclad, the leading AI contracting platform. You'll oversee billings, credit & collections for a high-growth SaaS company, driving process improvements and automation. This role offers the chance to own usage-based billing implementation and end-to-end sales tax processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee billings, credit & collections teams daily operations
• Lead billing systems automation and process improvements
• Own implementation of usage-based billing and invoicing
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with delinquent customers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Billings/Collections
• 3+ years in a people management role in high-growth SaaS
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and collections techniques
• Proficiency in NetSuite, Orb, and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with process automation and systems integration
• Experience with Anrok for sales tax
