💼 About This Role

You'll lead cross-functional development efforts for lunar mission programs at ispace U.S. You'll own integrated schedules, budgets, and risks to ensure on-time delivery of high-capacity lunar landers. This role offers the chance to apply strategic judgment and meticulous execution on the frontier of space exploration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Generate and maintain program integrated master schedule (IMS)
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, risks, and opportunities
• Oversee subcontract deliverables and program planning controls
• Drive projects to closure with limited supervision

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM discipline or equivalent experience
• 10+ years managing complex cross-functional development programs
• 10+ years in a highly complex engineering-driven environment
• Experience with Government and Commercial Contracts

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working for Aerospace/Space Prime or subcontractor
• Startup environment experience
• Understanding of DFAR/FAR requirements
