You will drive profitability and efficiency by executing inventory management processes, investigating accuracy issues, and supporting key operational functions like shipment, receiving, and sales floor replenishment. You'll work closely with the management team to maintain strong visual standards and ensure a safe, efficient stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Root-cause inventory discrepancies and escalate process gaps
• Manage shipment, receiving, returns, sales floor recovery, and stockroom standards
• Maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor
• Support safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations
