You'll deliver instructor-led training that prepares students for IT support careers, ensuring they master hardware, software, and networking fundamentals. Your core impact is equipping learners with skills for entry-level to mid-level tech roles. You'll collaborate with a mission-driven team to support student success and maintain curriculum quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver daily instruction and assess student progress
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and monitor individual student performance
• Maintain curriculum materials including syllabi and lesson plans
• Update Salesforce/LMS with grades and certification scores

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience
• Proficient understanding of IT support fundamentals (hardware, software, networking)
• Experience troubleshooting common IT issues (software, network, hardware)
• Knowledge of IT security protocols and best practices

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
• Experience with Windows Server environments and Active Directory
