You'll lead design across LTK's Brand and Creator platforms, owning end-to-end product surfaces from discovery to delivery. You'll directly impact creator growth and revenue outcomes in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Frame ambiguous problems into clear design directions
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align on goals and tradeoffs
• Connect design decisions to measurable business outcomes
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products end-to-end
• Experience shipping responsive web and native iOS products
• Portfolio showing clear link between design and measurable outcomes
• Strong systems thinking across multiple surfaces
