💼 About This Role

You'll lead OTC trading operations for a pioneering crypto platform in the Philippines, executing large block trades and managing institutional client relationships. You'll own P&L, inventory risk, and drive platform automation with engineering teams. This role offers the chance to shape the OTC strategy at a fully regulated crypto company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute OTC transactions including large block trades and liquidations
• Manage and grow institutional client relationships
• Own OTC trading PnL and optimize hedging strategies
• Design pricing models and manage liquidity across 30+ venues
• Lead OTC trading team and define business strategy

📋 Requirements

• 7–12+ years of OTC trading or FX trading experience
• Proven track record executing large OTC transactions
• Experience managing PnL and inventory risk in volatile markets
• Strong leadership skills to build and scale trading teams
