🎯 What You'll Do

• Register loans within MERS and transfer servicing post-purchase.
• Run conventional loans through UCD via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portals.
• Deliver document bundles to investors for purchase review.
• Obtain and track trailing loan documents for investors.

📋 Requirements

• Recent graduate with a BA/BS degree.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
