You'll partner deeply with largest provider customers to drive product adoption and growth at an AI-native health tech startup. You'll own the end-to-end customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and ensuring maximum value delivery.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as lead for provider customers, understanding business goals and workflows.
- Identify and drive product opportunities to deliver maximum value.
- Own customer end-to-end: sales, implementation, monitoring, and upsell.
- Develop data-driven solutions and collaborate with internal teams.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in high-growth or ambiguity-heavy roles.
- Track record of driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams.
- Advanced SQL and spreadsheet skills or code fluency.
