💼 About This Role

You'll own the control architecture for aviation-grade linear and rotary actuators. You'll implement FOC-based current control at 20 kHz and velocity/position loops on TI C2000 MCUs. This role offers end-to-end ownership from algorithm design to hardware bring-up for flight-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead motor control software design for PMSM/BLDC actuators
• Own FOC-based current control at 20 kHz loop
• Define multi-loop control architecture (current/velocity/position)
• Integrate with higher-level embedded systems and execute SIL/MIL/HIL tests

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in EE, CE, CS or equivalent
• 8+ years of embedded motor control software development
• Deep FOC-based motor control hands-on experience
• Proven TI C2000 MCU implementation experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Sensorless motor control algorithms
• High-bandwidth current loops ≥10–20 kHz
• Functional safety exposure (DO-178, ISO 26262)
