Description

You will lead global clinical trials across all phases, managing multiple projects and overseeing delivery of Cogstate services. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across time zones, ensure financial targets are met, and proactively manage risks while fostering team collaboration in a virtual environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, scientific or technical discipline
• 4+ years Project Management experience in Pharma, Biotech, or CRO
• Budget management experience
• Proven ability to manage full workload across multiple projects
• Strong grasp of study deliverables and timelines

• Manage project to target gross profit consistently
• Accurate and timely financial forecasting and invoicing
• Assess need for change in scope and lead Change Order Process
• Proactively manage risks and guide team members through challenges
