🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise Peer Support Specialists with performance monitoring and mentorship.
• Manage clinical escalations from AI systems or peer support team.
• Conduct audits of AI conversation logs for protocol adherence.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and escalate safety concerns.

📋 Requirements

• Full, unrestricted psychotherapist licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LPC).
• Georgia state licensure to practice.
• 3+ years post-licensure experience.
• Advanced skills in risk assessment and crisis intervention.
