You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and drive market penetration for Charlie Health's virtual behavioral health services in Pueblo, CO. This role involves field work 4-5 days per week, leading meetings with patients, parents, and providers to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment.

Requirements

• Based in Pueblo, CO
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs preferred
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally 4-5 days/week with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead in-field meetings with patients, parents, and providers
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
