You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. Your core impact is helping customers find the merch they love while keeping the store stocked and visually appealing. You'll also process sales and share your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge assistance.
• Operate the register and process sales transactions.
• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Assist with visual merchandising and planogram changes.

📋 Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
