You'll manage and develop a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center to achieve production targets. Your core impact is ensuring every car meets rigorous quality standards before reaching customers. You'll coach your team to reduce rework and maintain a safe, efficient workflow.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage car movement in the Inspection Center for safe repairs and quality goals.
• Oversee daily team activities, identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management to team members.
• Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Experience using computers.
