💼 About This Role

You'll join a well-established steel structure fabrication team in Estrie, working on large-scale projects. You'll read blueprints, assemble and weld components to CWB standards, ensuring high-quality output. This role offers a chance to see your craftsmanship take shape on noteworthy projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Read and interpret assembly blueprints
• Assemble and weld metal parts per specifications
• Perform weld quality checks and corrections
• Operate overhead crane and forklift for material handling

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Blueprint reading skills for fabrication and assembly
• Knowledge of CWB welding procedures and safety rules
• DEC or university degree in industrial engineering or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CSA standards for steel structures
• Continuous improvement experience
• Office Suite proficiency
