💼 About This Role

You'll join a team productizing the SW stack for our AI compute engine, developing and maintaining software kernels for next-generation AI hardware. You'll map computational graphs from AI frameworks to underlying architecture and work with compiler experts to build out the compiler infrastructure. This role offers the chance to collaborate across software and hardware teams in a cutting-edge AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain software kernels for AI hardware
• Map computational graphs from AI frameworks to architecture
• Optimize and trade off aspects of hardware-software co-design
• Build and scale software deliverables within tight deadlines

📋 Requirements

• MS + 7 years industry experience or PhD + 1 year in related field
• Strong grasp of computer architecture, data structures, system software
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python development in Linux
• Experience implementing algorithms for specialized hardware using CUDA

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior startup or incubation experience
• Experience with MLIR, LLVM, TVM or similar compilers
• Work experience at a cloud provider or AI compute company
