💼 About This Role

You'll join Satispay's Compliance team in Luxembourg to ensure MiFID II and regulatory adherence across investment products. You'll maintain compliance frameworks and advise on regulatory changes, directly shaping the future of digital payments. This role offers ownership of second-line-of-defense controls in a fast-growing fintech.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and maintain the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks for investment products.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise product teams.
• Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years compliance experience in a regulated financial institution.
• Hands-on exposure to MiFID II in Luxembourg or Europe.
• Experience within a compliance framework with audit/inspection exposure.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of MiCA and Luxembourg laws for investment firms.
• Experience with AML/CFT including transaction monitoring.
• Interest in fintech and virtual assets.
