Description

As a Field Service Engineer at ASM, you will independently manage customer relationships and troubleshoot complex electromechanical systems in the semiconductor industry. You'll lead new site start-ups, drive continuous improvements, and mentor junior team members while traveling domestically and internationally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 0-8 years technical experience in semiconductor/capital equipment/CVD industry
• Troubleshooting skills for complex microprocessor-controlled electromechanical systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently and in teams, handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and anticipate customer needs, build long-term solutions
• Develop action plans for problem resolution and communicate with stakeholders
• Implement improvements for processes, hardware, and software
• Coach and mentor lower-level Field Service Engineers
• Manage new site start-ups and project planning
