Description

You will assist clients with inquiries about trading offerings, acting as a liaison between internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and bugs. This role focuses on troubleshooting software and providing support via phone, chat, and tickets for Interactive Brokers' platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in a technical field
  • 1+ years in client-facing support role
  • 1+ years experience with Windows and Mac, software and connectivity support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Experience with support ticketing systems

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients through phone, chats, and tickets
  • Technical and functional support for Interactive Brokers' platforms (desktop, mobile, web)
  • Troubleshoot and support web-based offerings
  • Problem management with focus on wide-scale technical issues
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and customers for issue resolution
