You'll lead and evolve Upstart's internal collections and loss mitigation operations, driving measurable improvements in performance and borrower experience. You'll build high-performing systems, strengthen operational rigor, and manage a team of managers. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a complex environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of managers for collections and loss mitigation
• Drive measurable improvements in collections performance and borrower outcomes
• Standardize performance management frameworks and coaching practices
• Build operational visibility through data-driven reporting and dashboards
• Strengthen operational controls and QA frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in collections, servicing, or loss mitigation
• 5+ years of direct people management, including managing managers
• Experience leading operations teams of 20+ agents across multi-channel workflows
• Demonstrated track record of improving collections performance using data-driven methods

• Experience leading both collections and loss mitigation functions
