💼 About This Role

You'll own high-priority strategic projects directly with the CEO at Broccoli AI, building the AI operating system for home service businesses. You'll drive pricing, partnerships, and org design workstreams end-to-end. This is a path to a senior operating role at a fast-growing startup backed by Khosla Ventures and YC.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead special projects on the CEO's highest-priority initiatives
• Build pricing & packaging strategies using analytical frameworks
• Design organizational structures as the company scales
• Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience with roots in strategy consulting or investment banking
• At least one chapter as an operator at a startup or high-growth company
• Experience owning a P&L or major cross-functional outcome
• Comfortable with ambiguity and strong communication skills

• Experience as a GM, founder, or chief of staff
• Background in home services or vertical SaaS
