💼 About This Role

You'll drive cross-functional programs across Product, Experience Design, and Engineering to improve how teams build and deliver products. You'll own end-to-end program management for complex initiatives, defining strategy, timelines, and success metrics. This role offers high visibility with C-suite and the chance to build a new Product Development Life Cycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives.
• Define program strategy, scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Develop scalable program frameworks, processes, and tools.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience.
• 10+ years work experience in business operations or program management.
• 5+ years in a SaaS Product, Tech, or Engineering organization.
• Experience running enterprise-level programs.

• Experience managing a Product/Software Development Life-Cycle.
• Experience implementing stage-gates at enterprise scale.
• Experience using product management tools for roadmaps.
