Description

You will partner with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise customers, supporting onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews. Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across social and programmatic platforms, while building performance dashboards and providing actionable insights to drive platform adoption and retention.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics
  • Proven ability to execute, optimize, and analyze paid media campaigns across social and/or programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, or BI tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work mid-shift hours to support EMEA based accounts

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and GSA Leads to deliver strategic and operational excellence for enterprise accounts
  • Support customer onboarding, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Reddit, DV360, Google Ads, The Trade Desk)
  • Conduct campaign analysis and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
