💼 About This Role

You'll manage commercial interior fit-out projects from initial client briefing through pre-contract stage. You'll lead estimating, technical evaluation, and tender documentation. This is a hybrid role based in Reading with global travel opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead estimating from scope identification to final costing and proposal submittal
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications for constructability and value engineering
• Manage subcontractor bid process and ensure consistent scope of work
• Produce progressive project budgets and present to clients

📋 Requirements

• Commercial or Laboratory/Life-sciences fit-out experience
• Good understanding of preconstruction process from acquisition to site start
• Ability to mentor junior team members
• Experience with cost management and budgeting
