Description

You will service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell tower sites, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This role involves extensive travel and requires self-direction and willingness to respond to emergency call-outs.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required)
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)
• Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email
• Must pass DOT physical and be available for after-hours and weekend call outs

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial package cooling systems on cell phone towers
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, or replace HVAC components
• Conduct performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Respond to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call outs
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time
