Your work will ensure the platform remains fast and reliable as we scale from thousands to enterprise customers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a hybrid infrastructure platform team as a player-coach
• Improve reliability and performance of production systems
• Optimize Postgres performance for large-scale workloads
• Define infrastructure roadmap and organizational strategy

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years building and scaling infrastructure in high-growth environments
• 3+ years leading as a tech lead, 1+ year as a manager
• Strong hands-on coding ability and end-to-end ownership
• Experience with Postgres performance tuning and scaling database-backed apps
