💼 About This Role

You'll lead training and onboarding for new clinical team members at FirstSteps, a provider of autism therapy. You'll shape the quality and consistency of care through mentorship and clinical support. This role combines clinical engagement with development of future clinicians.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and select candidates
• Lead and facilitate New Instructor Trainings in-person
• Administer written and field-based training assessments
• Support team members in preparing for RBT certification

📋 Requirements

• Strong clinical expertise in behavior analysis
• Experience mentoring and developing clinicians
• Ability to facilitate in-person training sessions
• Knowledge of RBT certification requirements
