You'll drive the zero-to-one phase for the Italian market, building a B2G pipeline for Waste & Safety SaaS solutions. You'll close complex deals with local authorities and adapt the sales playbook for Italy. This role offers the chance to found a new market and grow into leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build and convert a B2G pipeline through strategic SaaS sales cycles
  • Close 8+ contracts to reach โ‚ฌ250k ARR
  • Adapt Vizzia's sales playbook for the Italian market

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven track record in complex sales cycles 6+ months and deal size >โ‚ฌ30k
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and strategic accounts
  • Full working proficiency in Italian & English
  • Based in Milan with ability for in-person client meetings across Italy

  • Experience as first sales/country opener in Italian-speaking market
