You'll drive the zero-to-one phase for the Italian market, building a B2G pipeline for Waste & Safety SaaS solutions. You'll close complex deals with local authorities and adapt the sales playbook for Italy. This role offers the chance to found a new market and grow into leadership.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and convert a B2G pipeline through strategic SaaS sales cycles
- Close 8+ contracts to reach โฌ250k ARR
- Adapt Vizzia's sales playbook for the Italian market
๐ Requirements
- Proven track record in complex sales cycles 6+ months and deal size >โฌ30k
- Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and strategic accounts
- Full working proficiency in Italian & English
- Based in Milan with ability for in-person client meetings across Italy
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience as first sales/country opener in Italian-speaking market
- Experience selling to public authorities
